I believe in a thing called love

If you've never had a migraine you are one of the lucky ones. They are crippling. The only cures are sleep, loads o' drugs and darkness. Since sleep didn't do it and I can't take drugs, I basically just kept to the dark.

Last night, in pitch black, I brushed my teeth, folded the laundry and washed the dishes. Not bad. If I ever go blind I might do alright. I have cat like eyesight. That must be my superpower.

I too suffer from migraines. Since college. Darkness is my only relief from it also.

Ever tried the sinus headache medicine route? I seem to be doing a lot better with taking the sinus headache medicine (i.e. Sudafed sinus headache and Sudafed nighttime sinus) I have no traces of sinus problems except for the migraines and the occasional sinus infection cold.

I know - far fetched - but migraines have been linked commonly to sinuses. The excedrin migraine and alieve don't work anymore - even together.

sorry you had another bout - y'know I hate em'.

Oh no... I am so sorry... I have horrible migrains too... they vary from a horrible afternoon to 3 days in bed. My dr prescribed me this stuff to put under my tongue and dissolves which is supposed to be the strongest things but sometimes, even that doesn't help. Yes, sitting in the dark, cold, alone is the best remedy sometimes.

I get migraines too, they are just a big load of rubbish. However, I don't get them as often as I used to, and I swear by reflexology. It really works! I also sniff a whole load of lavender oil, but I guess you can't use that either at the moment.

The Darkness do indeed rock :)

I had one about a week ago, and when I woke up with it I actually thought it was a hangover...until I started to go blind. Do you take anything for it? Is anything safe to take with baby on board? Stay cool and keep things dark.
