It's all Greek to me
I am not a fan of creamy things. Cream cheese. Nope. Sour cream. Not so much. Mayonnaise. GOOD LORD NO. But feta? I loooovvve feta. The creaminess the flavor, basically anything with it I adore. While I do love me a Greek salad I thought I'd take the same flavors but add it with pasta. Pasta REMIXes are all the rage right now, so I'm sure there are many versions of this, but this is mine.
I really liked the way this came out - the crunch of the cucumbers, the creamy feta, it all worked. I even packed it up with some chicken apple sausage, for the Kid to take for lunch.
The Baby was harder to convince. "What. No meat in this? I like meat because Batman likes meat." Well, can't argue with that. Note to self, make meat when Batman comes over for dinner.Greek Pasta Salad recipe, here.

mm, looks good. i like feta too and goat cheese.. hate mayo, especially the japanese kind that is sweet..
And now you know the pain of Alfred Pennyworth in the kitchen, always doomed to have no appreciation for his cuisine, forever opening a package of Steak-Ums.
That makes my mouth water.
Oh, Batman will tell you what he likes. In that weird... halting... raspy... voice he uses these days.
I'm with ya on the feta. can't find frozen tortalini anywhere. having to settle for dried and I really don't like dried.
there's this place called Ziggy's in MO that has the best greek omlet. I don't care if I've driven all day, I'm stopping and getting one.
Hmm please tell me how to not like creamy things. I love cream and butter-too much probably! lol
I made this for my boyfriends b-day dinner. He loved it and so did I! It was super yummy! Thanks for the recipe!
